Project overview: the building is in the highest areas of the Vacieu hamlet (1036 m.a.s.l.) in Ormea.

 

The renovation of the existing building, originally used as a stable on the ground floor and as a barn on the first floor, aimed to create an annex of the client’s main house, located a few metres down the road.

 

The renovation project has led to the insertion of a kitchenette, a toilet and a living area with a fireplace on the ground floor and an open-space on the first floor.
